Oakwood Cameron Highlands' is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Cameron Highlands Pahang. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are meticulously cleaned and maintained
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to maximise productivity
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and address any issues or areas for improvement in a timely manner
  • Provide training and support to the housekeeping team to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Uphold health, safety, and security protocols at all times
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
