Qualifications

  • Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently cleans assigned number of rooms per day.
  • Ensures all assigned service areas are clean and tidy.
  • Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
  • Follows cleaning programs as directed.
  • Packs and replenishes trolleys at end of shifts.
  • Reports stock shortages to supervisor.

Job Description
  • Efficiently cleans assigned number of rooms per day, keeping within departmental standards
  • Ensures all assigned service areas are clean and tidy
  • Ensures all assigned areas are kept clean, safe, and hygienic
  • Ensures additional cleaning programmes are undertaken as directed and to the performance standards required
  • Packs and replenishes trolleys to the required standard at the end of each shift, minimizing lost time at the start of each shift
  • Advises Supervisor / Manager of any stock shortages, minimizing delays in servicing rooms
