Job Description
  • Oversee all hotel operational departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service delivery.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, labor costs, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, safety regulations, and brand standards.
  • Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores through service innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor revenue performance, cost control, and profit optimization across all departments.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective or improvement measures where necessary.
  • Oversee workforce planning, training programs, and performance management.
  • Lead hotel enhancement projects, renovations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and guest preferences to keep the property competitive and innovative.
Job specification
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
