Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands is looking for a dedicated and skilled Hotel Maintenance professional to join our team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and systems. This is a crucial position that contributes to the overall guest experience and the success of our hotel.

What you’ll be doing
  • Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities
  • Identifying and addressing any maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers for specialised maintenance work
  • Keeping detailed maintenance records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Providing support and assistance to the housekeeping and front desk teams as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the hotel's maintenance processes and procedures
