About the role

Join the dynamic team as our Hotel F&B Manager. In this full‑time position based in Melaka, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within our flagship hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to build a skilled and motivated team
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B operations
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to align F&B initiatives with the overall business objectives
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, implement cost‑saving measures, and make data‑driven decisions
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and local community partners to drive business growth
