Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Business Development professional to support our hotel project in SEA. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our corporate hotel reservation business in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new hotel partnership opportunities to expand our portfolio of accommodation options in key cities (e.g., Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila)
• Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels to secure favourable terms and conditions
• Establish direct billing cooperation with designated hotel partners for corporate bookings
• Support the RFP process and the loading/maintenance of negotiated corporate rates for our corporate clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel business development or a related sales/account management role in the SEA hospitality industry
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of securing favorable hotel partnership agreements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Additional Chinese and other SEA local language skill is preferred
