Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to assess training needs and develop programs for employee induction and training. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and conducting orientations for new hires. Citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents are preferred for the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Effective training and presentation skills required.
