About the Role

We are a fast‑growing homestay management company looking for a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about hospitality and guest experience.

This is not a routine customer service role. You will go beyond replying messages — you will be involved in problem‑solving, coordination, and improving guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who wants long‑term career growth in the homestay and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com & our platform.
  • Assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Handle guest issues calmly, professionally, and with empathy.
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience at all times.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to resolve on‑site matters.
  • Support booking‑related tasks and basic sales enquiries.
  • Learn beyond customer service, including operations, quality control, and problem‑solving.
Requirements
  • Based in Taiping (preferred).
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer experience.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and think beyond a fixed job scope.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
  • Additional Commission for successful direct booking sales.
  • Higher sales performance = higher commission.
