Support the nationwide engagement and education of agents and corporate clients on medical insurance products, claims processes, and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) prevention. Assist in executing training programs, roadshows, and claims clinics, and contribute to new initiatives that enhance agent capabilities, maintain a sustainable health portfolio, and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate training on medical insurance products, claims processes, and policy guidelines.
- Support agents in understanding exclusions, co-pay structures, and SMART/preferred panel steerage.
- Promote claims guidance, new initiatives, and FWA awareness.
- Support agents in positioning products based on customer needs and claims insights.
Agency Focus Group & Community Learning
- Organize focus groups to gather agent feedback on training, tools, and claims processes.
- Facilitate peer coaching, forums, and medical symposiums with SMART panel hospitals.
- Share success stories and best practices across agencies.
- Coordinate logistics for nationwide roadshows, workshops, and claims clinics.
- Track attendance, feedback, and knowledge improvement metrics.
- Liaise with agents and clients to clarify claims issues and provide guidance.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on agent/client concerns.
Support for Agent Role Transformation
- Support onboarding and continuous learning aligned with the “Protect Well & Get Well” journey.
- Coordinate with APAC, Branch Ops, and Regional Squads to align support structures.
Support for New Initiatives
- Assist in rolling out new healthcare-related initiatives and digital tools.
- Pilot and evaluate new engagement models and training formats.
- Provide feedback from agents and clients to refine initiatives.
Maintaining a Sustainable Health Portfolio
- Promote responsible product positioning and claims behavior to support long-term portfolio health.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address emerging risks to portfolio sustainability.
- Support initiatives that enhance affordability, risk pooling, and responsible healthcare consumption.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Contribute to dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, insurance, business, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in insurance, healthcare advisory, or client engagement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
