We are seeking a Health Screening Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing the daily operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, delivers excellent customer service, and has strong leadership skills to ensure smooth clinic performance.

Job Descriptions

Welcome customers and promote the list of products and services according to customers’ needs.

Attend to customer enquiries (offline and online) and encourage them to make appointment to visit the clinic.

Maintaining good relationship with all customers via:

Conducting consultations for new customers, advising how best to care for their health

Suggesting suitable health screening package, treatment, procedure, medications and etc

Following up on customer's satisfaction and retention and suggest improvements

Good knowledge of the product and service offered, scope of treatment

Keep up-to-date knowledge on current trends, issues, and best practices in relation to the healthcare industry

Overseeing the daily operations of clinic.=

Working closely with doctor and management team to meets clinic’s marketing & sales target

Managing staff and conducting improvement trainings (sales technique, communication skills, customer care and etc) when necessary

Identify new marketing opportunities to enhance the clinic's market reach
