Job Summary

Provide expert recommendations on wellness and health treatment packages and products tailored to the client’s needs.

Build strong rapport with clients by understanding their unique requirements and consistently exceeding their expectations.

Communicate effectively with doctors to determine the most suitable treatments for clients.

Follow up with clients to encourage regular treatments for optimal results.

Ensure treatment records are updated and maintained accurately.

Escalate the resolution of client issues and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.

Handle all client inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Uphold high standards of client experience and satisfaction.

Manage daily appointment schedules and send reminders to clients about upcoming appointments.

Step in to cover a teammate’s duties in their absence.

Step in for clinic assistants during busy to assist doctors for treatment procedures.

Work closely with teammates in clinic to ensure smooth operational flow and client satisfaction.

Handle cash collection and payment processes accurately and securely.

Achieve team sales targets through collaboration and effective sales strategies.

Ensure all consent forms are signed before procedures and that clients’ files are properly documented.

Prepare post-treatment medications and products, and provide clear post-treatment care instructions to clients.
