Head, Project Management (Fast Casual F&B Concept)

About our Client: Our client is a Fast Casual F&B concept with a strong expansion plan for Malaysia and the region. The organisation is looking for a Head of Project Management who will spearhead its development strategies through delivery of new stores and renovation projects.

You will be responsible for:

• End-to-end delivery of new store openings and renovations across Malaysia, overseeing planning, construction, and handover.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet quality, cost, safety, and timeline requirements.
• Serve as the key on-site liaison, supporting operational readiness, maintenance, and post-opening issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement through issue analysis and process optimisation.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in construction projects for F&B chain or FMCG businesses.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, scheduling tools, and on-site coordination.
• Able to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on track, on budget, and compliant.
• Familiarity with local Malaysian construction practices and regulations.
• Detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and proactive in identifying risks and resolving on-site issues.
