As Head of Programme Management, you will lead a multi-year strategic initiative that redefines customer onboarding, data management, and compliance across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the future of banking through technology, data, and process excellence—working with senior executives and cross-border teams to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-year roadmap
  • Establish and govern programme management frameworks, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timeline, and quality
  • Tracking project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information including Financials for senior management meetings
  • Drive execution discipline, risk management, and timely escalation of issues
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Champion adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring the programme remains fit for purpose, future-ready, and scalable
  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing programme management team
2. Strategic & Regional Alignment
  • Ensure delivery rollouts are aligned to the group's short, mid and long term strategy
  • Engage cross discipline team C-suite leaders, business heads, multi-discipline team and technology teams across entities and cross border to ensure programme buy-in and adoption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for programme governance
Requirements
  • 12–15+ years in programme or change management, ideally within banking/financial services
  • Strong track record in leading large-scale transformation or programme management roles
  • Regional or multi-entity programme delivery experience preferred
  • Familiarity with modern data and technology platforms
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with senior executives
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Self-motivated, takes ownership with ability to prioritise, juggle among projects and follow through
