Job summary

A growing training consultancy company in Penang seeks a Training Manager to lead planning and execution of internal and external training programmes. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and a valid HRD Corp–Accredited Trainer certification. You'll focus on enhancing staff competency, generating revenue through consultancy services, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or training.
• Possess a valid HRD Corp–Accredited Trainer certification.
