Job summary

A retail operations company in Kuching is seeking a Training and Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of training programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in training, learning & development, retail operations or related field.
• TTT (Train-the-Trainer) certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation and improvement of the Training & Development, and CCK Academy Program.
• Work closely with Operations, HR, and all relevant departments.
• Monitor training and academy activities, schedules, and progress.
• Review and enhance training modules, learning materials, and evaluation methods.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on program outcomes.
