  • Lead coordination with Brand Companies and MCs to drive planning excellence and continuous improvement.

Inventory Management & Optimization

  • Define and implement ME-level inventory policies, ensuring stock targets and rebalancing actions are executed.
  • Monitor inventory performance (e.g., SSOS) and deploy targeted corrective measures to improve working capital and reduce waste.
  • Ensure data-informed decision-making through improved planning parameters and inventory visibility.

Data & Process Governance

  • Drive the implementation of robust master data governance practices across MCs.
  • Oversee the standardization and quality of planning-critical data to support automation and end-to-end integration.
  • Ensure alignment with Infinity’s digital architecture and data governance principles.

Logistics & Co-packing Execution

  • Supervise 3PL performance and ME-level tender coordination.
  • Drive cost-to-serve optimization and service level improvements in partnership with logistics providers.
  • Oversee execution of co-packing operations across MCs in collaboration with local marketing and supply teams.
