We are looking for a high-caliber Head of Sales to lead the full sales strategy and market expansion across Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asia region. This is a key leadership role driving market penetration, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-level revenue growth for a fast-growing technology company.
What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both short-term wins and long-term expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead high-value deal-making.
- Build strategic partnerships and negotiate complex enterprise contracts.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear KPIs, drive accountability, and optimize team performance.
- Recruit and develop top sales talent.
Sales Operations & Excellence
- Build efficient sales processes, tools, and CRM-driven workflows.
- Use analytics to refine sales strategies and improve conversion.
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product & Customer Success.
Customer & Market Expansion
- Establish and maintain C-level relationships with key enterprise clients, ISVs, and system integrators.
- Drive customer retention and expansion strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of market trends.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 8 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Experience working in Malaysia's tech or enterprise market especially in database, software, cloud, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong ability to develop Key ISVs and Key System Integrators.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Experience working with government/public sector, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Malaysian nationality preferred; Chinese candidates with valid visa may also be considered.

- Initial 3-month training in China
