Job Description

This role will lead the sales function in Malaysia, with responsibility for sales strategy, operations, and dealer performance management. The individual will be accountable for achieving sales results by working closely with the dealer network, driving execution, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee dealer sales performance, providing direction, support, and accountability to ensure targets are met.
  • Drive national sales operations including planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Design and manage sales programs, campaigns, and incentive schemes to maximise dealer performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with network development, marketing, aftersales, and product teams to ensure alignment and integrated execution.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales organisation to deliver high performance.
  • Represent sales at the leadership level, contributing to overall business strategy and direction.
