A health-focused Ecommerce company in Subang Jaya seeks an Ecommerce Growth Leader to own the marketing, strategy, and sales execution needed to transition to proprietary product lines. You will manage and optimize campaigns, lead a team towards ambitious revenue targets, and analyse performance metrics. This role offers substantial influence during a transformation phase, requiring a hands-on leader with at least 8 years in Ecommerce marketing or sales. It is about building a scalable Ecommerce growth engine that can move the business from mid-six-figure monthly revenue to seven figures, while simultaneously transitioning from third-party brand distributorship to our own proprietary product lines with stronger margins and IP control.
You will own the Ecommerce growth system end-to-end, and lead the marketing, sales and creative execution required to scale both locally and internationally.

Continuously improve performance through structured optimisation cycles.
Reset strategies or rebuild campaigns from scratch when required to hit growth targets.
Lead performance marketing, Ecommerce sales, content and multimedia teams.
Set clear KPIs, enforce accountability and drive execution speed.
Take decisive action on underperformance through coaching, restructuring, rehiring or replacement.
Build a high‑performance Ecommerce team that can scale with the business.
Architect and scale multi‑channel Ecommerce lead generation systems.
Own CRM segmentation, automation, follow‑up logic and recovery flows.
Optimise WhatsApp, email, retargeting and reactivation journeys to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
Strengthen community and database touchpoints to drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
Monitor Ecommerce performance daily and weekly.
Identify bottlenecks across ads, creatives, landing pages, checkout and closing.
Optimise messaging, offers, creatives, targeting and conversion bridges.
Work closely with the Business Development team to:
Design and manage customer research including:
Analyse insights from CRM data, customer conversations, surveys and SKU‑level performance.
Collaborate on product improvements, bundles, pricing strategies and new launches.
Ensure every product or offer is launched with validated demand and a clearly defined avatar.
Lead creative direction per product, per avatar and per campaign, ensuring each campaign has:
Work closely with the Art Director from the Holding Company to align:
Lead and guide multimedia designers to:
Ensure creatives are built not just to look good but to convert, scale and travel across markets.
Take ownership of scaling Ecommerce revenue from current six‑figure monthly levels to seven figures within 6 months.
Acknowledge that the current team and structure were built for a different stage and must evolve.
Restructure, rehire and rebuild team capabilities as required to support:
Lead the transition from:
Systematically launch new in‑house products while:
Prepare Ecommerce operations to scale from local to international markets.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking:
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Ensure CRM discipline and accurate data usage across teams.
Translate insights into clear execution priorities for continuous growth.
Strong hands‑on expertise and leadership in:
