  • Drive sales strategy execution with excellence by translating national goals into clear, actionable regional plans, ensuring flawless implementation through meticulous performance tracking and agile adjustments.
  • Build a high-performing sales force focused on execution excellence by providing hands-on coaching, continuous training, and clear direction to Area Managers and distributor teams to exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure execution excellence within the Open Channel by identifying and grooming high-potential dealers, strengthening partnerships to guarantee superior in-store presence and expand market reach effectively.
  • Enable strategic execution by gathering and relaying real-time market intelligence on competitor activities, allowing for the rapid development of tailored strategies that ensure a competitive edge.
  • Guarantee seamless execution of go-to-market plans by collaborating closely with HQ marketing, product, and channel teams, ensuring all regional sales activities are perfectly aligned with national campaigns.
  • Drive cost-effective execution by managing the regional sales budget with precision, allocating resources to high-impact activities that maximize return on investment (ROI) and support sustainable growth.
