Job description

Head of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Traffic (QHSET)

Develop, implement, and audit the Project QHSET Management System, ensuring Work Package compliance.

Monitor, advise on, and enforce project compliance with site safety, traffic management, and environmental standards (waste/erosion control).

Lead investigations into quality failures, environmental breaches, and safety incidents; determine root causes and define corrective actions.

Direct the compilation and submission of the Monthly QA/QC Report and Monthly Safety and Environmental Report, summarizing key metrics and non-conformances.
