Role Brief
The Head of Product is responsible for turning Naluri’s product vision into execution across our SaaS B2B platforms. This role ensures that our product teams deliver measurable value to clients and users by balancing business goals, user needs, and technology capabilities.
Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, the Head of Product leads the Product Management team, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, and operationalises Naluri’s strategy into roadmaps and delivery outcomes. The role is central to scaling Naluri’s product consistently across Southeast Asia and embedding product excellence throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Roadmap : Translate Naluri’s product strategy into actionable and achievable roadmaps, aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- SaaS B2B Scaling : Define and operationalise the strategy to scale Naluri’s SaaS products across multiple markets, ensuring localisation where required while maintaining consistency.
- Delivery Excellence : Drive disciplined execution, ensuring product, engineering and data squads consistently deliver high-quality features and iterations that meet client and user needs.
- Data & Insights : Own product analytics, tracking, and reporting to measure adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes—using insights to guide iterations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to align priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Leadership & Coaching : Lead, guide, and grow a team of Product Managers, building a high-performance, outcomes-focused product culture.
What We’re Looking For
- User-Centric Entrepreneurial Acumen : Sharp ability to balance business opportunities with client and user needs in a SaaS B2B context.
- Proven SaaS Product Leadership : Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms across multiple markets, preferably in B2B or health-tech.
- Strong Stakeholder Influence : Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills; able to align executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Data-Driven Mindset : Comfort with metrics, analytics, and data-informed decision-making to prioritise and iterate effectively.
