Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Willing to travel and work weekends/public holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets.
• Lead, train, and motivate Outlet Managers and teams.
• Monitor and drive key operational KPIs.
