The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related fields and will ensure compliance to accreditation and ISO standards. Responsibilities include supervising design and prototyping services, managing assets, and handling administrative tasks like budget and staff management. Candidates should possess strong communication and planning skills and have experience in CAD and CAE tools.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Research & Development, Innovation or Product Development.
• Experience in CAD and CAE tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage operational activities ensuring compliance with standards.
• Analyse and execute EPIC governance and oversee compliance audits.
• Supervise design, fabrication, and prototyping services.
• Manage equipment maintenance and consumables acquisition.
• Handle administrative tasks including budget management and staff training.
