• At least 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong background in metal fabrication, machine design, or industrial equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design concepts, technical drawings, and engineering calculations.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Conduct research on new product trends and technologies.
• Review and approve cost estimates and design feasibility studies.
