About the Job
  • Drive Market Penetration: Design and execute strategic business plans to significantly increase the company's market share and revenue.
  • Acquisition Focus: Systematically acquire new listings in the primary and secondary markets, specifically targeting and securing exclusive agency agreements with major property developers and landlords.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Implement a continuous, proactive recruitment strategy to attract and onboard top-tier Real Estate Negotiators (RENs).
  • Training Leadership: Design and lead comprehensive training and mentor-ship programs for all new and veteran RENs.
  • Performance Coaching: Deliver continuous, hands‑on coaching and detailed feedback to refine negotiator's sales techniques, negotiation prowess, and market expertise.
  • Competitive Commission Design: Regularly review and strategically adjust the commission split, implementing a tiered or progressive structure to aggressively incentivize high performance and loyalty.
  • Goal Management: Set clear, ambitious, and time‑bound sales goals with each agent, providing continuous support and accountability to ensure targets are met.
  • Target Management: Define and monitor ambitious sales targets for both the business development and sales teams.
  • Sales Pipeline Oversight: Oversee the entire sales life cycle, from initial lead generation through to final deal closure.
Skills and Requirements
  • Candidates must have a degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • At least 8 years of working experience within the relevant industry.
  • Able to multi-task, well organized and excellent in time management in handling multiple projects.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
