A leading property development company seeks an experienced Head of Marketing & Sales in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves conducting market research, securing locations for Sales Galleries, and leading a team to achieve sales targets for mid-high and ultra-luxury properties. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing & Sales to lead our marketing directions, drive product development insights, and deliver strong sales performance for our mid-high and ultra-luxury property developments.
Conduct market research to support product development, including unit mix, layouts, sizes, and facilities planning.
Plan, identify, and secure suitable locations for Sales Galleries.
Build and strengthen networks with prime condominium real estate agents, MM2H consultants, and overseas agencies; organize events and create regular viewing opportunities.
Provide market update and conduct research on inventory, pricing trends, comparable launches, and marketing collateral.
Develop and implement effective strategies to position existing and new projects in the market effectively.
Oversee the fitting out of Sales Galleries and Show Units for launches, as well as ongoing refurbishment for viewing and sales.
Explore and manage potential bulk or en-bloc purchase opportunities.
Lead, guide, and develop the marketing and sales team—managing the full process from strategy to execution to achieve launch and sales targets.
Support Malaysia-wide marketing & sales initiatives, including Penang and Johor Bahru operations, as assigned.
Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
12–15 years of relevant experience with proven track record in property marketing and sales.
Strong understanding of mid-high and luxury property markets.
Strong network and understanding of key sales agencies, particularly within the KL Central district.
Ability to lead both in-house sales teams and external sales agents.
Strong team player with critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in planning and organizing marketing campaigns and events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership with the ability to influence, negotiate, and delegate effectively.
Highly driven, adaptable, and target-oriented.
Well-versed in market research and competitive analysis to support new product development.
