Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Must have a Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an academic leadership role, preferably as Head of School, Dean, or equivalent.
  • A strong track record of academic and professional achievements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse academic teams effectively.
  • Experience working with UK partner universities, including programme validation, franchising, or collaborative arrangements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in higher education.
  • Experience with accreditation processes and quality assurance frameworks.
  • A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and globally engaged academic community.
  • Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
