Job description

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator to join the team at TADIKA HUDA Q' as the Head Teacher. Based in Arau, Perlis, this role is responsible for leading the teaching staff and overseeing all aspects of the preschool's operations to provide an excellent learning environment for young children.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of dedicated early childhood educators
• Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the needs of each child
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Represent the preschool and build positive relationships with the local community

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience as an early childhood educator, with at least 1 years in a leadership or management role
• Relevant early childhood teaching qualification, such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents and staff
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to oversee daily operations
• Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
