Join a high-end resort and living‑experience organization as its Guest Services Manager, serving as the primary guest‑facing ambassador responsible for delivering highly personalized luxury services serving in the fast‑growing Johor Bahru market. This operational role oversees the full resident journey, coordinating seamlessly across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Wellness, and Lifestyle experiences to ensure elevated, discreet, and emotionally supportive service. The position plays a critical role in curating seamless resident experiences while promoting dignity, independence, and long‑term satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver highly personalized, anticipatory, and discreet service throughout the full resident journey, from pre‑arrival preparation through to departure arrangements.
  • Curate elevated in‑suite experiences, including suite setup, in‑room dining coordination, laundry and pressing services, and concierge arrangements.
  • Maintain proactive engagement using resident preference logs to anticipate needs and resolve concerns accurately, promptly, and discreetly.
  • Manage special luggage and transportation requirements, including fragile, medical, long‑stay, and oversized items, as well as airport transfers, private vehicles, and charter services.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship while encouraging resident independence, self‑care, and self‑management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between residents and all resort departments, working closely with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Security teams.
  • Manage arrivals, departures, luggage flow, room inspections, and maintain accurate administrative logs and resident preference databases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, front office, or service‑oriented environments.
  • Exposure to working with residents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Good local market knowledge and awareness of hospitality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a guest‑first mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Creative, experiential, and community‑oriented approach to service delivery.
  • Experience providing emotional support and companionship while encouraging resident independence.
Required Qualifications
