Responsibilities

• Verify gloves condition from manual stripping to online basket.
• Ensure hourly batch segregation as per batch control.
• Transfer rework batch to QC area with records for traceability.
• Ensure sorting glove accumulation is correct by size and product.
• Perform line clearance to prevent mixing issues.
• Maintain weighing scale in good condition and calibrate.
• Ensure hygiene and safety controls are in place in the packing area.

Job description

Group Leader - Quality Control and Packing

To verify gloves condition supply from manual stripping area to online basket is correct for size & product

To ensure hourly batch is segregate according to batch control

To ensure all rework batch are transferred to QC area with batch card and records for traceability

To verify after sorting glove accumulate from vision is correct by size and product before proceed to packing

To ensure online area line clearance is done to prevent mixed issue

To ensure weighing scale is in a good condition and calibrate accordingly

To ensure all workers and online packing working area is in the hygiene and safety control as per required on the equipment hygiene and online packing hygiene checklist

To ensure quantity glove reported on batch card is tally with physical

To ensure packaging in-charge supply correct packaging brand according to current product and size

To assist supervisor if there’s any special requirement need to be implemented at online

To monitor false positive glove clearance done hourly basis

To assist during the ASM Cleaning

To conduct machine inspection for Image printer and sealing machine

Monitor and ensure all inspector to follow new process or CAPA action implemented due to any shipment failure

To ensure all FG carton is packed with correct customer requirement and in good condition

Fill out line clearance form and group leader checklist correctly

To ensure workers and workplace hygiene

To prepare Hotbox sample for any applicable brand

To ensure Kanban Arrangement and Final Packing arrangement executed as per planned

To assist for FG rework activity

To assist in providing replacement request by PSI

To check Kanban arrangement and labelling by packaging in charge is correct

To ensure amount of FG and PSI pallet sufficient to support operation

To ensure all critical point for final packing inspector is correct

Education:

Work Experience:

* At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing
