The Opportunity

This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science‑based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans consistent with division direction and financial goals, to achieve and increase profitable sales and drive demand creation.
  • Develop territory and customer coverage plans based on targeted customer profile, and marketing/sales focus, to achieve set financial and operational goals.
  • Roll‑out and execute marketing and sales programs. Continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness by deploying the right resources and customizing the right programs with the right customers to achieve results.
  • Understand and create solution to meet customers’ needs.
  • Advise on the application of company products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain close partnerships with key accounts, from Healthcare Practitioners to Key Decision Makers to sustain or grow our brands.
  • Closely monitor and rotate customer inventory to minimize product expiry and returns.
Education / Skills / Required Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of hierarchy.
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft software to an intermediate level, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Pharmaceutical or nutrition sales or sales experience in relevant industry will be an added advantage.
