This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a Group Key Account Manager, you will drive growth of Abbott Nutrition products through the development of strategic partnerships with Pharmacy Key Accounts that build long-term and sustainable business partnerships with strategically important accounts and boost brand loyalty and advocacy.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans consistent with division direction and financial goals, to achieve and increase profitable sales and drive demand creation.
  • Develop territory and customer coverage plans based on targeted customer profile, and marketing/sales focus, to achieve set financial and operational goals.
  • Roll-out and execute marketing and sales programs. Continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness by deploying the right resources and customizing the right programs with the right customers to achieve results.
  • Understand and create solution to meet customers’ needs.
  • Advise on the application of company products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain close partnerships with key accounts, from Healthcare Practitioners to Key Decision Makers to sustain or grow our brands.
  • Closely monitor and rotate customer inventory to minimize product expiry and returns.
Education/Skills/Required Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of hierarchy
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft software to an intermediate level, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Pharmaceutical or nutrition sales or sales experience in relevant industry will be an added advantage.
