A prominent technology services company is seeking a strategic technology leader to manage digital development and operations. Oversee the design, deployment, enhancement, and continuous improvement of all technology services, systems, and digital applications.
Champion a culture of technology excellence, leveraging data analytics, automation, and customer insights to strengthen operations and digital product offerings.
Align all technology initiatives with evolving customer needs, business objectives, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.
Implement and maintain robust incident, problem, and change management frameworks to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity.
Oversee all infrastructure operations, including data center upkeep, system reliability, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technical system operations, safeguarding against intrusion, misuse, and service downtime.
Develop and implement service standards, policies, documentation frameworks, and structured methodologies for continuous process innovation.
Lead technology activities related to data migration, database administration, systems integration, and cybersecurity best practices.
Maintain and improve Operations and Systems Documentation and ensure adherence to IT governance.
Lead the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of digital applications and solutions supporting Raffcomm’s digital trust services.
Evaluate and integrate new tools, applications, and technologies to support system upgrades, enhancements, and product development.
Oversee development resources and guide programming efforts in PHP, Laravel, Java, and other relevant technologies.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps principles, and secure development practices to achieve efficiency, scalability, and rapid deployment.
Present technology updates and research findings for solution innovation and product enhancement.
Lead and drive innovation initiatives to introduce cutting‑edge solutions, automation tools, and service enhancements.
Oversee the development of real‑time monitoring systems, reporting dashboards, and automated service management tools.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and self‑service ecosystem to empower clients and improve service efficiency.
Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and guide project managers in planning and executing company projects.
Oversee all project portfolios to ensure timely delivery, resource efficiency, budget adherence, and achievement of strategic objectives.
Establish and maintain project governance standards aligned with company goals and regulatory expectations.
Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure clear and effective communication across cross‑functional teams.
Oversee all CA operations and ensure compliance with PKI regulations, security policies, and CA industry best practices.
Manage the lifecycle of digital certificates including registration, issuance, renewal, revocation, and administration.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CA systems to ensure security, reliability, and high availability.
Implement system upgrades, patches, risk assessments, audit trails, and continuous monitoring processes.
Provide expert guidance on CA matters, including during regulatory reviews, compliance audits, and security assessments.
Establish and track KPIs across technology, application development, service delivery performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Implement governance frameworks that ensure compliance with internal policies, SLAs, regulatory requirements, data security, and privacy standards.
Conduct risk assessments and deploy mitigation strategies to address service vulnerabilities and operational risks.
Oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs to ensure resilience and minimal downtime.
Build and lead high‑performing technology, application, and service delivery teams with a strong customer‑first mindset.
Develop training and development programs to ensure teams remain updated with industry trends, cybersecurity practices, digital engagement strategies, and IT service frameworks.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and cross‑functional working environment.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of technology initiatives and service operations.
Promote public and corporate awareness of company products and digital trust services.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Company’s products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in managing key clients for assigned projects.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of information at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior.
