A leading financial services provider in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager for Group Corporate Finance & Investment Management. Job Purpose:
Responsible to assist the Regional Head with the Group's M&A, corporate transactions and restructuring activities, as well as the Group’s portfolio of investments. GCFIM also works with other divisions within the Group on the Group’s capital raising and investment/divestment activities.
