Job summary

A customer service organization in Sepang, Selangor, is seeking individuals to welcome and assist arriving passengers at the airport. Welcome and assist arriving passengers at designated meeting points within the airport terminal.

Guide passengers to baggage claim, ground transportation, lounges, and other airport facilities.

Provide accurate information on airport services, amenities, and local points of interest to enhance the passenger experience.

Monitor passenger flow and congestion areas, proactively managing crowds to ensure safety and smooth movement.

Coordinate with team members and airport personnel to resolve passenger inquiries, issues, or special requests.

Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the Lounge and delivering exceptional customer service.

Comply with all airport safety and security regulations, including procedures for lost items, emergencies, and security checks.

Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work comfortably in both Malay and English.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience leading or supervising customer service teams in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with airport operations, passenger handling, and security procedures.
  • Participation in relevant training and development programs.
