A customer service organization in Sepang, Selangor, is seeking individuals to welcome and assist arriving passengers at the airport. You will guide passengers to various airport facilities and provide information on services. Candidates should have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and be able to work in fast-paced environments. FTCO Consultancy Sdn Bhd – Sepang, Selangor
Welcome and assist arriving passengers at designated meeting points within the airport terminal.
Guide passengers to baggage claim, ground transportation, lounges, and other airport facilities.
Provide accurate information on airport services, amenities, and local points of interest to enhance the passenger experience.
Monitor passenger flow and congestion areas, proactively managing crowds to ensure safety and smooth movement.
Coordinate with team members and airport personnel to resolve passenger inquiries, issues, or special requests.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the Lounge and delivering exceptional customer service.
Comply with all airport safety and security regulations, including procedures for lost items, emergencies, and security checks.
