Job description

Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, banners, packaging, digital and retail displays.

Develop thoughtful layouts that balance aesthetics and communication clarity.

Participate in product or lifestyle photography direction — from styling ideas to visual framing.

Ensure all designs align with brand tone, visual hierarchy, and campaign objectives.

Prepare print-ready and digital artworks (POSM, key visuals, brochures, and display graphics).

Creative Coordination & Workflow

Collaborate with marketing, retail, and visual merchandising teams to align on creative direction and execution timelines.

Support project organization — from artwork tracking to review coordination.

• Oversee daily creative flow, distribute tasks, and review outputs for layout and consistency.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Help improve creative workflow and cross-team communication.

Work closely with the Art Director and creative team to translate brand direction into impactful visuals.

Collaborate with marketing and retail teams on campaign rollouts and outlet visual consistency.

Liaise with external vendors, printers, or photographers when needed to ensure quality output.

Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
• Creative Executive: 2–4 years of experience in design or visual communication.
• Senior Creative Executive: 5+ years of experience with strong creative judgment and leadership ability.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and color composition.
• Familiar with printing, production, or POSM artwork setup (advantage).
• Able to handle multiple projects with good organization and follow-through.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and love for creative problem-solving.
• Malaysian only.
