We are looking for an ambitious GRAPHIC DESIGNER Junior/Senior position to help drive new business. This role is available in BUTTERWORTH office.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Creative in planning and implementing ideas with an eye for detail and event interior design.
• Conceptualise, space plan, detail design and assist in many aspects of design development and site implementations.
• Work within space available, schedule parameter and budget given while maintaining the design consistency and excellency.
• Responsible in preparing high quality proposal, presentation, visualisation, material and etc.
• To communicate with project personnel for execution of the related project.
• Responsible for every aspect of cost control and arranging services.
• Undertake any other reasonable task or ad hoc job which is assigned to you from time to time by either the management or your supervisor.
• To support the team where required with the operations of complex events.
• Evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement in planning and organising of events.
• Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events’ goals and expected results.
• Have knowledge in designing and managing social media is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Exhibition/Event Design, Visual Communications or related fields.
• Excellent software skill on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and others.
• Knowledge in After Effects, UI, UX, multimedia or relevant discipline would be an advantage.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with tight deadline in demanding environment and a sharpness to understand client’s needs.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is preferred as the role requires liaison with English speaking stakeholders.
• Jobs often require additional hours in the days leading up to and during events. Hours can also include evenings and weekends.
