Overview

A Professional Certificate in Arts / Graphic Design, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in design, art, marketing or a related field is preferred. At least 1 year of working experience in a design role. Knowledge of key design concepts and techniques to create attractive artwork. Experience in design, with a portfolio of web and print-based designs, social media post images, and marketing collaterals will be preferred. Experience in software and computer applications related to design and video creation is necessary, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Ability to adhere to given timelines. Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to work independently under a hybrid-working arrangement. Photography skills are an added advantage. Ability to speak/write Mandarin is highly preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Responsibilities

1. To prepare/develop artwork, worksheet and samples and upload artwork to the system (desktop publishing tasks including formatting, typesetting, and preparing final artwork for printing or digital release).
2. To work closely with the Sales Team.
3. Planning concepts by evaluating relevant information and materials.
4. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
5. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
6. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
7. Communicating with sales executives about artwork and design.
8. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
9. Responsible for conceptualising and developing artwork, visuals, and corporate collaterals.
10. Deliver high-quality artwork, maintain quality checks, and meet all internal and external deadlines.
11. Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project timelines.
12. Assist in any other ad hoc matters as and when required by the HOD.
13. Ensure expected or committed fixture design timeline and support operations to meet desired manufacturing lead times.
14. Report project activities and provide updates to supervisor.
15. Have initiative to continue upgrading programming skills and knowledge to help the company maintain a global presence and reputation.
16. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can contribute fresh, creative, and engaging ideas, and work independently and collaboratively with the teams.

Qualifications
