We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer cum Customer Service to join our team at UMAKE MANUFACTURING SDN BHD. This full‑time position is based in Balakong, Selangor, and will be responsible for creating engaging visual designs as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Designing a variety of marketing materials including Acrylic Signages, Wood Signages, social media graphics, and other visual assets based on customer needs.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life.
• Learn CNC Routing, Laser Cutting and 3D Printing and design good design file for manufacturing team to fabricate it.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour when interacting with clients.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle enquiries and requests from customers and settle them independently.

What we're looking for

• You know your tools: You are comfortable and confident using Adobe Illustrator.
• You have experience: You have a background in graphic design or can demonstrate relevant creative work.
• You are a people person when replying to customers: You have great communication skills and can handle customer nicely with WhatsApp and on e‑commerce platform.
• You are versatile: Whether working solo on a project or brainstorming with the team, you are adaptable and reliable.
• You go the extra mile: You have strong problem‑solving skills and pay attention to the little details.
• Nice to have but we will teach: Previous knowledge of laser cutting or professional illustration.
