A leading technology company in Malaysia seeks a creative graphic designer to design customer experience materials including banners and digital assets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a good sense of layout and branding. Fresh graduates are welcome, and knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. This role involves collaboration with CX and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across outputs.
Design CX materials such as banners, posters, POP, and in-store visuals.
Create digital assets for CRM apps, websites, and campaigns.
Adapt regional/ global brand guidelines across all design outputs to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with CX and Marketing teams to deliver timely, quality designs.
Prepare final artwork for print and digital use.
Support basic motion or video content where applicable.
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
1-2 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is a plus).
Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects is an advantage.
Good sense of layout, typography, and branding.
Good command of English.
