Job description

What you’ll be doing

• Create creative and original designs for marketing and branding materials (print & digital)
• Conceptualise ideas independently and translate them into strong visual designs
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, or outlines prior to content production
• Present creative ideas and design concepts for alignment and approval
• Produce visual content for marketing, branding, in-house activities, and external events in accordance with company guidelines
• Create visual documentation for treatment progress and outcomes when required, in line with consent and company policies
• Handle on-site visual content production for company activities and events
• Edit visual content for social media, website, and promotional use
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative materials
• Manage and organise design and visual content assets
• Attend events and exhibitions to support visual content coverage
• Provide basic support during events when required
• Willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally for event-related activities
• Perform other reasonable ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the superior

What we’re looking for (Requirements)

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in graphic design and visual content creation
• Strong creativity with the ability to think independently and propose original ideas
• Able to conceptualise content without relying solely on references or samples
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Competent in visual content editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar)
• Good eye for layout, colour, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience in storyboarding or planning visual content flow is an advantage
• Comfortable with on‑site content production for in‑house activities and external events
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Portfolio required (demonstrating creative thinking, original concepts, and visual content work)
