The Graphic Designer will bring the global brand to life in the local market through powerful, on-brand visuals. This role drives brand consistency and campaign success by transforming HQ assets into high-impact local creatives and developing new designs that connect with local consumers across online and offline channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Localize and adapt Asia HQ-provided visual assets into market-ready materials, and develop additional new creatives when local campaign needs arise.
  • Support the Marketing team with digital advertising visuals across channels (e.g., social media, website, eDM, performance marketing), ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
  • Design offline promotion materials including in-store POSM, posters, flyers, event collaterals, product signage, and campaign toolkits; provide on-site setup / display execution support when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail/VM, Sales and external vendors to ensure correct specs, smooth production, and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines, maintain high visual quality, and stay aligned with local consumer trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong attention to detail and deadline ownership.
  • Organize design files and creative documentation systematically for easy cross-team collaboration and future reuse.
Experience & Requirements
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in brand, retail, or marketing-driven environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent digital and print design skills, including typography, layout, and brand adaptation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva; SketchUp or other 3D/visual tools is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of print production and file preparation standards (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, finishing specs).
  • Strong project execution capability with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
  • High level of creativity, visual sensitivity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and comfortable with fast feedback cycles and revisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.
