THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

THE PERSON:

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and provide financial updates to leadership team (budget, operating expenses, capital expenses, headcount, etc.)
• Prepare operating business plans and forecast(s) for Operating & Capital Expenses with variance analysis and provide guidance based on key metrics
• Manage month-end, year-end close activities
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes
• Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a similar role in the hi-tech industry
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
• SAP experience preferred

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
• MBA or CPA preferred
