About the Job

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Full‑Stack Software Engineer who is eager to build strong fundamentals in modern software development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy problem‑solving, learning new technologies, and working across both frontend and backend systems.

You will work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands‑on experience designing, building, testing, and improving production software.

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack software features under guidance from senior engineers.

Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and translate them into working solutions.

Assist in testing, debugging, and improving application quality, reliability, and performance.

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Continuously learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and development practices.

Skills & Experience Required

Top graduate with a First‑Class Honours degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Winner or Top 3 finalist in a recognised coding competition or hackathons can waive the First‑Class Honours degree requirement.

Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, logic, and OOP.

Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to solve Leetcode’s intermediate to advanced algorithmic challenges.

Proficiency in TypeScript for frontend or full‑stack development.

Proficiency in Java for backend development.

Experience with Kotlin for backend development is an added advantage.

Experience in C#, C++, or other C‑family languages is also acceptable.

Experience or a solid understanding of backend development using Spring Boot and the Spring Framework is an added advantage.

Experience or solid understanding of building RESTful APIs.

Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or Codex to accelerate development velocity and improve code quality is an added advantage.

Familiarity with frontend development using modern TypeScript‑based frameworks.

Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL concepts.

Experience using Git or other version control systems.

Ability to write clear, structured code and technical explanations.

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset with a long‑term interest in software engineering.
