Graduate Employability Program (McDonald’s Pandu Lalu R&R Tapah SF)
This 6‑month program offers you foundational “Station Skills” before moving forward as a Management Trainee across three tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.
- As a Crew, you focus on production and services such as food and drink production in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.
- As a Crew Trainer, you are introduced to company policies, engage more with customers, and work on the frontline.
- As a Crew Leader, you manage zone productions and coach crews, further developing your leadership role.
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field of F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to relocate or transfer.
Benefits
- Diploma: RM 8.70/Hour or RM 1800/Month
- Degree: RM 9.70/Hour or RM 2000/Month
- Working schedule: 6 days a week by shift rotation of 8 hours a day
