  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field of F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to relocate/is transferable.
Responsibilities

This 6-month program offers you a foundation of tasks or ‘Station Skills’ before moving forward as a Management Trainee with these 3 tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.

As a Crew, you will focus on station skills emphasizing on production and services such as food and drink production in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.

In the second tier as a Crew Trainer, you will be introduced in more detail to company policies, engage more with customers, and work on the frontline.

The third tier, as a Crew Leader, will highlight your leadership role as you manage zone productions and coach Crews.

  • Diploma : RM 8.70/Hours or RM 1800/Month
  • Degree : RM 9.70/Hours or RM 2000/Month
  • Working Schedule: 6 days a week by shift rotation (8 hours a day)
  • Double pay on public holidays.
