A nonprofit organization in Malaysia is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to lead impactful digital advertising initiatives. You will plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive visibility, conversions, and fundraising impact. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, over 3 years of experience in Google Ads management, and strong analytical skills. The Google Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing Google Search, Display, Video and Performance Max campaigns to drive visibility, conversions, and fundraising impact, while supporting key digital marketing efforts such as SEO/SEM alignment, analytics, and campaign reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills hands‑on ad management, and collaboration with content and creative teams to ensure effective messaging and brand consistency in support of Peduli Insan’s humanitarian goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to achieve fundraising and conversion goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and monitor daily performance to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking, providing clear reports and actionable insights.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and campaign materials for relevance and consistency.
Support broader digital marketing tasks such as SEO/SEM alignment and managing Meta Ads when required.
Stay updated on Google Ads policies, platform updates, and digital trends relevant to nonprofit advertising and performance marketing.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Google Ads management or digital advertising.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (certifications are an added advantage).
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics tools, conversion tracking, and reporting.
Experience with TikTok Ads, X Ads, or Bing Ads is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, creative problem‑solving, and communication skills.
