Overview

Develop and implement the company’s IT and digitalisation roadmap aligned with business objectives and long-term growth strategies.

Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations, improve system integration, and enhance user experience across departments.

Oversee the planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications, ERP systems, and digital platforms.

Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and solutions that improve efficiency and support innovation.

Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance to ensure system reliability and information security.

Collaborate with department heads to identify digital opportunities and support process automation and data analytics initiatives.

Establish IT governance, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Lead and develop a high-performing IT team through guidance, coaching, and continuous capability enhancement.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for IT and digitalisation projects.

Prepare reports and presentations for management on IT performance, project progress, and technology trends.

Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in digital adoption across the organisation.
