Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics, shipping, or compliance.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Customs procedures and STA 2010 basics.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process additional shipping documents for logistics.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Support development and monitoring of compliance programs.
• Ensure adherence to Malaysian customs regulations.
• Prepare reports for internal audits and compliance reviews.
